About Your Character

raiding experience:
What is your guild history, why have you left/been kicked from your previous guilds?

Loco Motives - Vanilla to BT (got tired of the softcore raiding guild that had alot of problems)
SK BT to sunwell (then they marged)
Crysipt wotlk start to ulduar (disbanded)
Showdown cleared ulduar and then decided to stop playing wow due to IRL crap (sold my account, up to this point I played warrior/hunter depending on what my guild needed atm)
Crysipt reformed about a year later with some key players and I decided to give it another go, so raided ICC to some Cata content with them before we disbanded, AGAIN due to some ppl migrating to play with irl friends etc (this is when I leveled my warlock and DK, just cuz thats what we needed for the main and the alt group)

Knowing your class' capability, stat prioritization etc is extremely important. We don't want Enhancement Shamans stacking Haste, we don't want Affliction Warlocks stacking Mastery. What lengths do you go to to ensure your gear is optimally reforged/gemmed and enchanted (For example Simulationcraft/EJ)?
Well, Im kinda lazy when it comes to theorycrafting, so I usualy only read EJ once there has been a change and make sure to stick with what the real nerds says should work best ;P

only dif in "real combat" is the blizz default raid frames in the default position and DBM timers

Why do you want to join?
you seem to be just a perfect guild for me!
hardcore but not too hardcore and crazy prioratizing wow before everything else, like an actual life ;P
Why you SHOULDNT recruit me I guess would be my lack of gear atm since I just started playing again, but if that isnt an issue, Im a good very experienced player that will bring alot of good to the guild I think

How good is your off spec dps items?

my os gear is slightly worse than my MS truth to be told, but Im working on it as much as I can with retarded PUGs and farming za/zg, FL trash etc
tank gear is @ 363ilvl
dps gear @ 359 but like I said working on it atm
